What is the first step in planning my wedding flowers?
      The first step is for you to contact us to set up your complimentary initial consultation. This initial consultation is the beginning of our conversation and gives us a chance to begin to get to know you and get a sense of your vision for your wedding. We want to hear all of your likes, dislikes, pre-conceived notions and what you envision for your day to look/feel like. We will give you our initial ideas and feedback and will then tailor and expand on our ideas post meeting sending you our initial proposal. This initial proposal includes pricing and generally requires some refining. Once we have a somewhat finalized plan a down payment of 25% will be required to save the date.


Where do your flowers come from?
      Many of our flowers come from local sustainable family farms. In the summer months over 97.29% of our product is grown right here in the Northwest. Okay, let's face it, we're florists, not really number peeps, so that .29 of a percent, well it just made the statistic sound more legit! The point is: We always use as much local product as possible. Some weeks 100% of our product is local and other weeks it may only be 97.286%, but we are always striving to make the best choices for our clients and our community. We also have a few different locally owned wholesalers providing us a great all-around variety of fresh cuts.


What happens to my flowers after my event?
     If you or your guests want to take them to enjoy- wonderful! Flowers are a lovely gift or token of the evening. If you prefer to have us pick-up the flowers, containers and decor we are happy to include this in your proposal. In this case we will donate the flowers to a local retirement home or residence of your preference. In the case of picking up flowers that have already enjoyed their life we compost all natural waste possible.
